2 c Leaf lettuce; torn 1/4 c Blue cheese; crumbled
2 c Escarole or endive; torn 2 tb Walnuts; finely chopped
8 Radicchio leaves; torn
------------------GRAPEFRUIT HERB DRESSING-----------------------
1 tb Chives; finely chopped 1/4 c Oil
1 ts Oregano; fresh and chopped 1 tb Honey
2 tb Grapefruit juice Fresh ground pepper
2 tb Lemon juice
Place dressing ingredients in bowl or jar and blend. Pour over
