Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
2 lb Meat loaf mix (Ground Beef, 3/4 c Water
Pork, Veal) 1 ts Salt
1 pk Onion soup mix 1 ts Garlic powder
1 1/2 c Italian bread crumbs 1/2 ts Pepper
2 Eggs Ketchup (optional)
1. Combine all ingredients in bowl, mixing well.
2. Spray baking pan with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
3. Shape into loaf; place in pan; spread ketchup over top.
4. Bake 1 hour, *or until done* at 350øF.
