See below ingredients and instructions of the recipe
8 oz Fresh salmon, salted
2 lb Tomatoes, finely chopped
8 oz Onions, finely chopped
1/3 Green onions, finely
Chopped
1/2 c Chopped ice
Remove the salmon skin and cut into small dice. Place into a bowl and
add tomatoes and onions and chill. To serve place bowl on crushed ice.
Note: Lomi in Hawaiian means "to squeeze, crush, mash fine."
