Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

3 md Bananas -- very ripe 3 tb 1% milk
1/2 c Applesauce, unsweetened 2 tb Vanilla extract
2 Egg whites 2 ts Baking soda
1/4 c Canola oil 2 c Flour, all-purpose
3/4 c Sugar

In food processor, process bananas until well mashed. Add add
ingredients except baking soda and flour. Process for 20 seconds, or
until well blended.

Add flour and baking soda. Process with 4 quick on off turns until
flour is moistened.

Fill paper lined muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake 300F for 20-25 minutes.
