Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 c Rice
2 1/2 lb Lutefish
Water
1 c Cream
1 tb Butter, melted
Cook rice. boil lutefish until done. Flake, remove bone, mix with
rice, season to taste. Put in a baking dish and cover with cream and
butter. Bake until nice and brown. That's it.
