1 1/4 c Flour -- sifted
1/4 ts Salt
1 ts Baking powder
4 Eggs
1 c Sugar
3 tb Salad oil
1 ts Vanilla extract
1 tb Cinnamon
1 c Almonds
The finished cake should be only 2 1/2-inches high so use two 9-inch
loaf pans for baking. Sift together the flour, salt and baking
powder. Beat the eggs until thick; gradually add the sugar, beating
until lemon-colored. Stir in the oil and vanilla. Gradually add the
