Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

2 Ripe mangos (14 ounces each) 1/4 c Sweetened shredded coconut
-peeled and cut in bite- 1 tb Fresh lime juice
-size chunks 1 tb Honey
1 c Seedless red grapes

Put all ingredients in a medium-size bowl and toss gently to mix.
Serves 4. Per serving: 143 cal; 1g pro; 34g car; 2g fat; 0mg chol;
15mg sod. Total time 10 minutes. Cost per serving: 63 cents.
