Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
5 lg Tomatoes, ripe 1/2 ts Salt
1/4 c Salad oil 1/2 ts Oregano leaves
1 1/2 tb Lemon juice 1/8 ts Pepper
1/2 Garlic clove, minced
Peel tomatoes, cut in thick slices. Combine remaining ingredients.
Pour over tomatoes. Chill thoroughly, stirring once or twice.
