4 oz Spaghetti -- broken in 2" 2 c Monterey Jack cheese -- 8
Pcs oz Shredded
1 ea Egg 1 pk Frozen spinach
1 c Sour cream -- 8 ounces 10 oz Chopped thawed and drained
1/4 c Parmesan cheese -- grated 1 cn French-fried onions -- 2.8
1/4 ts Garlic powder oz Divided
Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a medium
bowl, beat egg. Add sour cream, Parmesan cheese and garlic powder.
Drain spaghetti; add to egg mixture with Monterey Jack cheese,
spinach and half of the onions. Pour into a greased 2-qt. baking
dish. Cover and bake at 350 deg. for 30 minutes or until heated
through. Top with remaining onions; return to the oven for 5 minutes
or until onions are golden brown. Yield: 6-8 servings.
