Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

4-5 large ears fresh corn, -and cubed
-cut off cob 1 1/2 tb Oil
1 lb Bacon, diced 1 ts Garlic
1 lg Onion, diced 2 tb Parsley
3-4 stalks celery, diced 8-12 cups milk or cream
3-4 med potatoes, peeled

Dice bacon and saute in dutch oven with the oil. Add the onions,
celery and potatoes, and cook until onion is translucent. Add
kernelled corn, and continue to cook until corn starts to take on a
bright yellow colour. Add the milk or cream, garlic, parsley, and
salt and pepper to taste. Low heat and simmer until the potatoes are
