5 lb Raw Headless Shrimp in Shell 1 c Vegetable Cooking Oil
1 c Chopped Onion 1 c Chopped Celery
1/2 c Green Onion 1/2 c Parsley
1/2 c Green Onion 1 ea Clove Garlic
1/2 c Green Pepper
: Heat oil and add shrimp. Cook until pink. Add all seasonings.
Cover and cook 10 minutes by clock. season to taste with salt, black
pepper, and red or cayenne pepper. Cover and cook 10 minutes more.
: Serve with sliced French Bread.
