Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

4 ea Pork chops -- 1/2 inch 1 cn Corn -- cream-style 16 oz
Thick 1 ea Egg -- lightly beaten
1 tb Olive oil 1 ts Onion -- grated
1 ds Salt 1/2 ts Sage -- rubbed
1 ds Pepper 1/2 ts Dried basil
3 c Dry bread crumbs -- 1/2 ts Salt
Unseasoned cube 1/4 ts Pepper

In a skillet, brown pork chops in oil on both sides; sprinkle with
salt and pepper. Meanwhile, in a bowl, combine remaining ingredients
and mix well. Alternate the pork chops and stuffing lengthwise in a
greased 3 qt. or 11x7x2 inch baking dish. bake uncovered at 350 deg.
for 1 hr. Yield: 4 servings.
