Add red food coloring to water. Pour into ice cube trays and freeze.
Make your favorite lemonade (yellow only) and give each child a clear
plastic glass of lemonade. Give each child a red ice cube to put in
their drink and a clean popsicle stick for stirring. As the children
stir discuss what happens when the two colors mix and why it happens.
