Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1 1/2 t Grated fresh gingerroot -peeled, pitted, and cut
3 c White grape juice, chilled -into chunks
3 lg Peaches or nectarines, 3/4 c Seltzer water, chilled

Place ginger, 1.5 cups of the grape juice, and the peaches or
nectarines in a blender or food processor and puree. Combine the
remaining grape juice, the blened peaches, and the seltzer.
