Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
11 oz Mandarin oranges; drained
2 c Apple; diced
2 Bananas; sliced
1/2 c Persimmons; peeled sliced
1/4 c Walnuts, black; chopped
1/2 c Mayonnaise
1/4 c Cream, whipped
1 ts Sugar
Combine fruits and nuts, stirring gently. Combine remaining
ingredients; mix well, and pour over fruit mixture. Toss lightly.
Chill 1 to 2 hours
