1/3 c Butter or margarine 2 ea Tb onion soup mix
1/3 c Crushed saltines 8 ea Chicken legs
----------------------------DIP---------------------------------
1 c Peeled, chopped cucumber 1/2 t Salt
1 c Sour cream 1/2 t Dill weed
1 1/2 t Chopped fresh chives
Heat oven to 350~. In 13X9" pan, melt butter in oven. Stir together
the saltines and onion soup mix. Dip chicken into melted butter, then
coat with crumb mixture. In same pan, place chicken legs, sprinkle
with remaining crumb mixture. Bake 45-55 minutes of until fork
tender. Meanwhile, stir together all dip ingredients. cover; chill at
least 1 hour. Serve over chicken hot or cold with dip. Source: Land O
