See below ingredients and instructions of the recipe
1 1/2 lb Beef, ground 1/4 ts Pepepr
1/3 c Cheese, Parmesan; grated 6 oz Tomato paste
1/4 c Onion; finely chopped 8 sl Mozzarella cheese; about
1/4 c Olives, ripe; chopped -the size of patties
1 ts Oregano 8 sl Tomato
1 ts Salt 8 sl Bread, French; toasted
Combine ground beef, Parmesan cheese, onion, olives, oregano, salt,
pepper, and tomato paste. Shape mixture into 8 oval patties. Broil
on one side 3 to 6 minutes. Turn patties over; top each with cheese
and tomato. Broil 3 to 6 minute, depending on desired degree of
doneness. Serve each pattie on a slice of bread.
