Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
Plantains 1/2 c Orange juice
3 tb Butter 1/3 c Brown sugar
Bake plantains in the skin at 350'F. until tender. Peel, then cut
into 1/2" chunks. Then, saute cut plantains over medium heat with
butter and orange juice. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Cook until butter
is melted and plantains are softened. Makes 4 serving for dessert.
