4 Sweet red plums 4 Pitted prunes
-halved and pitted -thinly sliced
1 c Port wine 2 tb Cold butter
1/2 c Chopped walnuts
Cut each plum half into 4 wedges, as you would a lemon. Set aside.
Put the port in a small saucepan, bring to a boil and reduce by half.
Add the plums, walnuts, prunes and butter, mixing together. Remove
from the heat. Serve with seafood.
