4 Fresh or frozen fish steaks -- chopped
-- about 3/4 inch thick, 1 tb Vegetable oil
-- (thawed, if frozen) 2 ts Minced fresh ginger root
1/2 c Kikkoman Teriyaki Sauce 1/2 ts Grated orange rind
2 Green onions and tops
Place fish steaks in single layer in shallow pan. Combine remaining
ingredients; pour over fish. Turn fish over to coat both sides.
Marinate 45 minutes, turning fish over occasionally. Remove fish;
reserve marinade. Broil 5 to 6 minutes on each side, or until fish
flakes easily when tested with fork. Brush frequently with reserved
marinade.
