2 ts Dijon-style mustard;
1 1/2 tb Cucumber; peeled seeded

1 Green onion;
2 ts Lemon zest; grated
2 ts Orange zest; grated
ds White pepper;
Blend all ingedients together and chill before serving. Makes about
