3/4 Salt 1 1/2 Instant dry milk powder
1 Egg white 1 1/2 Sugar
2 Bread flour 1 1/2 Rapid rise yeast
2/3 Cheddar cheese
Combine all ingredients according to manufacturer's directions.
Process in regular, delayed, or rapid bake cycle.
