Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
4 Chicken breasts
1/2 lb Mushrooms, sliced
1 Green pepper, diced
1 Med. onion, diced
2 Cans Beef bullion (10 3/4oz)
1/2 c White wine
3/4 c Uncooked minute rice
Brown chicken breasts in butter and remove. Brown the mujshrooms,
onion, and pepper in butter. Place everything in casserole with the
chicken breasts on top. Bake in oven, covered, for 2 hrs. at 350 F.
Remove lid for the last 15 minutes. Serves 4
