1 c Sliced carrots 3 c Cooked brown rice
1 tb Vegetable oil 1/2 ts Salt
1 c Sliced green onions 1/2 c Seedless raisins
2 c Apples, cored, chopped 1 tb Sesame seeds
In large skillet, cook carrots in oil about 5 minutes over medium
heat. Add onions and apples. Cook 3-5 minutes longer. Stir in
remaining ingredients. Cook until thoroughly heated.
