Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1 c Peanut butter 1/2 c Miniature chocolate chips --
1 c Sugar Semisweet
1 ea Egg -- lightly beaten

In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, sugar and egg (batter will be
stiff). Stir in the chocolate chips. Scoop level tablespoonfuls and
roll into balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheets and flatten with a
fork. Bake at 350 deg. for 15 to 18 minutes or until browned. Yield;
2 doz. Editor's Note: This recipe does not use any flour.
