Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 lb Round steak, ground 1 ts Salt
2 tb Onion juice 1/8 ts Pepper
Combine meat, onion juice, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly. Form in
small flat cakes. Broil until well browned. Serve at once with the
following sauce:
3 Tbsp bread crumbs, 1/8 tsp dry mustard, 1 Tbsp vinegar 1/3 cup
sweet cream, 3 Tbsp grated horseradish, Salt and pepper
Combine cream, crumbs, horseradish, and mustard. Season to taste.
Heat over hot water. Add vinegar just before serving. 4 servings.
