2 cups milk
1 tbsp. sweet butter
6 eggs, separated
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup flour
6 tbsp. Grand Marnier liqueur
Mix egg yolks and sugar. Add flour and mix again. Heat milk and butter together to boiling point. Add a little hot milk mixture to egg yolk mixture. Stir. Add remaining hot milk mixture. Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened. Do not boil. Remove from heat. Add Grand Marnier.
Beat egg whites until stiff but not dry. Fold carefully into yolk mixture. Pour into buttered 2-quart souffle dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30--35 minutes and serve immediately.
