2 ts Oil; 4 ts Vinegar;
2 Onions; 2 ts Soysauce;
2 Carrots; thinly sliced Salt and pepper; to taste
2 Stacks celery; diced 1 ts Brown sugar;
1 Green pepper; chopped
(1). Heat the oil in a saucepan and saute the onions until
transparent. (2). Add the carrots, celery and green peppers and
saute for five minutes over a low heat. Cover and cook for ten
minutes. (3). Add the vinegar, soy sauce, salt and pepper to taste
and sugar. Mix well.
