Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

2 c Ketchup 4 tb Horseradish
2 ts A-1 steak sauce 1/2 ts Garlic powder
1 ts Whole celery seed 1/2 ts Sage
1 ts Tabasco sauce 1 ts Salt
2 tb Soy sauce 1 c Beer
2/3 c Dark brown sugar 2 sm Onions finely chopped
Juice of 2 lemons

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Bring mixture to boil. Simmer sauce
over medium-low heat, uncovered, for 5 minutes, stirring constantly..
