Main Ingredients:
Yellow cake mix
4 c. rhubarb
1 c. sugar
1 c. whipping cream
Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
Prepare yellow cake mix according to directions. Put 4 cups rhubarb on top. Pour 1 cup sugar over rhubarb. Pour 1 cup cream over everything. Bake well. Serve with whipped cream.
