Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1 c Dry red wine
6 oz Can tomato paste
1/4 c Olive oil
1 1/2 ts Dried oregano - crushed
1 ts Garlic powder
1 ts Salt
1/2 ts Freshly ground pepper
Mix all ingredients in a saucepan and heat to simmering. Brush on
steaks or burgers, as desired, during cooking. Heat remaining
sauce and pass with the meat. Makes about 1 3/4 cups.
