1/2 c Mayonnaise 1 Garlic clove, minced
1/4 c Chopped fresh parsley Salt and pepper
1 tb Lemon juice 2 7-oz salmon fillets
1 tb Dijon mustard Olive oil
Preheat broiler. Combine first 5 ingredients in bowl. Season with
salt and pepper. Brush salmon with oil. Broil to desired degree of
doneness, about 3 minutes per side for medium. Transfer to plates.
Spoon garlic mayonnaise on side.
