Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 cn Sauerkraut
2 tb Brown sugar
1 Onion, chopped
3 sm To 4 potatoes, peeled and
-quartered
1 Ring kielbasa -- (or other
-sausage)
Mix sauerkraut, brown sugar and chopped onion together in a baking
dish. Push potatoes and sliced kohlbasa into kraut mixture. Cover and
bake in 350~ oven for 1 hour.
