"This delicious soup recipe 1/8 ts Pepper
-was shared by a friend and 1/8 ts Garlic powder
-instantly became a 2 c Milk
Hit with my husband. Its 14 1/2 oz Can chicken broth
-big cheese flavor blends 1/2 c Carrots, shredded
-wonderfully with the 1/2 c Celery, finely chopped
Flavor of the vegetables." 1 1/2 c (6 oz.) Cheddar cheese,

1/4 c Chopped onion 3/4 c Mozzarella cheese, shredded
3 tb Butter Fresh or dried chives,
1/4 c Flour -optional
1/4 ts Salt
In a large saucepan, saute onion in butter until tender. Add flour,
salt, pepper, and garlic powder; stir until smooth. Gradually add
milk; cook and stir over medium heat until thickened and bubbly.
Meanwhile, bring chicken broth to a boil in a small saucepan. Add
carrots and celery; simmer for 5 minutes or until vegetables are
tender. Add to milk mixture and stir until blended. Add cheeses.
Cook and stir until melted (do not boil). Garnish with chives if
