2 c Flour 1 pk Mix
1 ts Baking soda 3 tb Butter, softened
1 ts Salt 1/2 c Buttermilk
2 ts Cream of tartar 1 Egg

Mix: Combine and store in an airtight container.

Scones: Preheat oven to 375. Blend butter into mix until it is well
distributed. Stir in egg and buttermilk. Knead 1 minute. Quarter
dough, form into a 6" round and 1/2" thick. Cut each circle in
quarters. Place on greased cookie sheet and bake 15 minutes or unti
