2 c Sesame seeds, toasted 3/4 c Oil
1/2 c Coconut, toasted 2 Eggs
2 1/4 c Flour 1/2 c Each mild honey and brown
1 ts Baking powder -sugar
1/2 ts Each of baking soda and salt 1 ts Vanilla essence
Mix all the ingredients together. Form into small balls and place on a
greased baking tray. Flatten with a fork. Bake at 170øC for 8-10
minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool then store in an airtight
tin. Makes three dozen crisp, delicious biscuits.
