1 1/4 lb Fresh or frozen shrimp 4 ea Crushed garlic cloves
1/2 c Butter 1 T Lemon juice
1/2 t Salt 1/8 t Pepper
1/2 t Oregano 1/4 c Parsley
Lemon wedges
PLACE shrimp in single layer on baking pan or cookie sheet. MELT
butter, salt, oregano, pepper, lemon juice and garlic over LOW heat.
Keep warm. POUR butter mix over shrimp and coat evenly on both sides.
BROIL 5-8 minutes until shrimp are pink and cooked thoroughly. SERVE
by spooning shrimp and butter onto plate and sprinkling with parsley.
Decorate with lemon wedges.
