Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 c Peeled chopped Tomatoes
2 ts Balsamic vinegar
1/4 c Minced red onions
2 ts Olive oil
2 tb Minced fresh basil
1/8 ts Grnd blk pepper
2 Cloves garlic minced
2 c Cooked penne, elbows or etc.
combine all ingred excpt pasta in glass bowl. Cover let stand at
room temp. for 1 hour. Just before serving fold in the pasta.
