Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1/2 ts Salt 1 Egg, beaten slightly
1 pn Nutmeg or mace 1 tb Flour
2 pk Frozen spinach 1 tb Butter
3 tb Minced onion 2 tb Milk
Make a roux with onion, butter flour. Stir in milk egg. Add
spinach, salt and nutmeg. Heat through. Fill crepes, and bake 10-15
min. at 350.
