See below ingredients and instructions of the recipe
1 cl Garlic, minced 3 Green onions, diced
3 tb Chicken stock 3/4 lb Snow peas
1 cn (8oz) bamboo shoots, SAUCE
Drained 1 tb Low sodium soy sauce
1 cn (8oz) sliced water 2 ts Cornstarch
Chestnuts 2 tb Cold water
1/2 lb Sliced mushrooms 1 tb Dry sherry
1 Sweet red pepper, julienned 1 tb Apple juice concentrate
Soften garlic in wok in chicken stock. Add remaining veggies and stir
fry 3-4 minutes. Combine sauce ingredients; add to veggies and stir
until thickened. Eat
