6 ea - medium green peppers -process cheese spread
1 ea - lb ground beef ds Pepper
1/4 ea - cup chopped onion ds Basil
2 ea - cups hot cooked rice 1/4 ea - cup dry bread crumbs
1 ea - 8 oz jar Cheez Whiz 1 ea - Tbsp margarine, melted
Remove tops and seeds from peppers. Parboil 5 minutes; drain. Brown
meat; drain. add onion; cook until tender. Stir in rice, cheese and
seasonings; fill peppers. Place in baking dish; top with bread crumbs
tossed with margarine. Bake # 350 degrees 40 minutes. Makes 6
