Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
2 c Cooked (can be canned) 6 Peppercorns, lightly
-beets sliced or cubed -bruised
Vinegar to half cover 1 Stick Cinnamon
6 Allspice Berries 4 tb Sugar
(or 1/8 t. powder) Water to cover completely
5 Whole Cloves
Let marinate for a couple of days in the refrigerator, then serve.
