2 1/2 c Leftover beef roast Salt and pepper
1 sm Onion Milk and any leftover gravy
1 Sprig of parsley Butter
3 Freshly baked potatoes
Put meat, onion and parsley through your food processor. Add baked
potato. Do not chop too fine! Salt and pepper to taste. Put meat
mixture in a casserole dish and fill almost to top with milk and
gravy or just milk. Dot with butter and bake in a 325 degree oven for
1 1/2 hours, until a brown crust forms on top. Do not overbake! Use
