Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
2 lb Italian sausage 7 c Spaghetti sauce
2 Onions, chopped 2 c Mushrooms, sliced
2 Green peppers, chopped 10 c Ziti pasta, cooked
2 Cloves garlic, minced
In large saucepan, over medium heat, cook sausage, onion and green
pepper with garlic until sausage is brown, and vegetables are tender.
Spoon off fat. Add spaghetti sauce, heat through, stirring
occasionally. Serve over ziti.
Makes 12 servings.
