Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

10 md Potatoes, cooked and diced -Salt and pepper
1 Onion, sliced or diced 2 Sticks margarine or butter
1/2 lb Velveeta cheese 3 sl Bread, torn in pieces

Combine potatoes, onions and bread pieces into large casserole dish.
Salt and pepper to taste. Melt margarine and cheese together. Pour
over mixture. Bake at 350 degrees, 45 minutes or until bubbly, hot,
