Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. Jello (lime or
Lemon)
1 c Boiling water
1/2 c Sugar
1/2 c Cold water
2 Egg whites
pn Salt

---------------------------SAUCE--------------------------------
1 1/3 c Milk
1/3 c Sugar
2 Egg yolks
1 Or 2 tbsp. flour
1 ts Vanilla

Dissolve Jello and sugar in boiling water. Add cool water and let
cool until syrupy. Whip. Add salt and 2 beaten egg whites. Cool to
set. May put in mold. For Sauce: Blend heated milk with sugar and
egg yolks. Add flour to thicken. Stir over heat until thick (when
mixture begins to boil). Add vanilla. Cool. Serve custard sauce over
