Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1 tb Vegetable oil -black pepper to taste
1/2 c Diced red bell pepper -Tortilla chips
1/2 c Finely chopped onion 4 sl Bacon, fried crisp, drained
3/4 c Whole kernel corn -and crumbled
4 oz Diced green chilies 2 c Shredded Monterey Jack
1 c Sour cream -cheese (8 oz.)
8 oz Cream cheese, softened -Chili powder and cayenne
1 2 tsp. chili powder -pepper
1 2 tsp. ground cumin -Thinly sliced jalapeno
-Cayenne pepper to taste -peppers
-Salt and freshly ground

In large skillet heat oil and saute red pepper, onion and corn until
soft. Stir in green chilies. In medium bowl, blend together sour
cream, cream cheese, chili powder, cumin, cayenne, salt and pepper.
Fold mixture into sauteed vegetables. Place chips on two 10 inch
ovenproof platters. Cover chips with vegetable mixture. Sprinkle
crumbled bacon and cheese on top. Add additional chili powder and
cayenne pepper, if desired. Arrange jalapeno peppers on top. Broil
