Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

4 c EACH blanched broccoli and 1/2 c Miracle whip salad dressing
-cauliflower 2 T EACH finely chopped green
3 c Bean sprouts, divided -onions and peanuts
2 ea Green onions, thinly sliced 1 t Ground ginger
2 lg Carrots, sliced diagonally Juice and rind of one lime

In large bowl, layer broccoli, half of the bean sprouts, cauliflower,
remaining bean sprouts, and green onions. Arrange the sliced carrots
around the edge of the salad. Chill for 2 hours. Mix the remaining
ingredients. Just before serving, pour the dressing over the top of
the salad, avoiding the carrots. Sprinkle with additional chopped
green onions and peanuts as garnish. Origin: KRAFT What's Cooking
