Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
2 ea Egg whites 1 c Brown sugar
1 c Peanuts; ground
Beat egg whites until still. Add nuts and sugar, pour into shallow pan
greased with butter. Bake in oven until light brown. Mark into
squares when removed from oven. This will never fail unless allowed
to burn.
