Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
5 lg Potatoes, cooked and diced 2 Bunches chopped green
6 Slices bacon, cooked and -onions (sauteed in
-crumbled -bacon grease)
1 1/2 lb Shredded cheddar cheese Salt and pepper to taste
1 pt Sour cream
Mix all ingredients. Pour into casserole and bake 30 minutes at 325 .
Serves 10-12.
